Hello

I'm Chris Learmonth, owner of the Sagittarius Yacht Charter Co.

I have been passionate about boats since I first stepped into a sailing dinghy at the age of nine. From there I spent my juvenile years competing in Regatta's around the UK.

In the 80's and early 90's I owned several sports boats, which also gave me a passion for water skiing, and then I purchased my first motor yacht in 1996. Since then, I am now on Sealine motor yacht number 5 and was also the proud owner of a 20 metre sailing ketch somewhere in between.

We have been cruising in the Mediterranean since 1999 and running our charter business since 2003, initially based in Southern Spain, then Marmaris in Turkey for 10 years, and more recently based in Corfu, Greece. I can thoroughly recommend both of the cruising areas in Turkey and Greece, and hope that you will find the same holiday satisfaction that we have over the years of cruising in these beautiful locations!

Vrakotas Big Blue Charters, our partners in Corfu, is run by Director, Vasilis and assisted by wife, Anna, son Victor and his highly skilled team. Vasilis has been running yacht charter companies in Corfu for over 25 years, and knows the cruising area intimately. He will plan an itinerary for you, and even book ahead to ensure you get a good berth for the night. His professional team expertly prepare your yacht ensuring its ready to go on your arrival.

SSC Yachting headed by Director, Esra are our partners in Marmaris. She is assisted in technical matters by Director, Ahmet (not pictured) and master mariner, Onur.

Established for over 25 years, they specialise in motor yacht charter, and offer the highest service to both clients and the yachts. Their knowledge of the cruising areas are second to none, and are always happy to suggest an itinerary or special places to visit.
